Rates

Every job is uniquely different, just as much as every client is unique and different. As such, the rates for projects will vary dependent upon the level of detail entailed. We pride ourselves on providing fair and equitable rates based upon the effort required by each and every venture. We look forward to discussing your project with you in greater detail and providing you with a customized budget analysis.

All projects are looked at on a case-by-case basis and bid out accordingly. A deposit of 50% against the final quote is due prior to the start date, with an additional 25% due at an agreed-upon milestone, and the remaining 25% due upon completion of the project and written acceptance by the client. All projects require a written contract with clear guidelines and completion dates, signed by both parties, prior to a single word being written. These are non-negotiable terms. All payments must be made via PayPal or direct wire transfer.

To give you an idea of our current rates (as of 2012), all standard, non-SEO, non-research, original or rewritten generic web content starts at €.10 a word and goes up from there. Basic SEO packages start at €.25 per word and go up from there. Editorial content requiring research and/or interviews/citations starts at €.50 per word and goes up from there. Press releases start at €200 for a maximum of 400 words. Discounts are available for bulk projects. Please be aware that these rates are in Euro, and these are examples only; your project could be more or less depending on the size, deadline, and exact specifications, such as formatting, header requirements, layout requirements and so on and so forth.

We fully understand that our rates are significantly more than what many content writers from foreign countries are charging. With that in mind, we also understand there is a difference between a fast food burger served at McDonalds and a gourmet steak cooked by a celebrity chef.
